    1. I agree! Getting up is my favorite part of the ride. When you ride bike in a group class as I do sometimes, you can only get up when the instructor tells you and for me that is not often enough- lol! Thanks for the comment Dr. Jonathan! L&L! Shona

    1. LOLOLOL! I totally get that! I only ride every now and then for a change of routine! You’re supposed to use your imagination in the class. They have the walls covered in pics of mountains, biking trails,and races so you can “go” somewhere- haha! Thanks for the comment Ken! L&L! Shona
