WHAT we eat is of primary importance but I have found that HOW MUCH (of even the good stuff) is key to being successful towards some fitness goals!
So not too long ago I ordered these food containers from Beachbody which are color coded for type of food such as protein (blue) or carbs (yellow) and measured for precise amounts!
You can do this with measuring cups and spoons but I felt like treating myself to the handy and convenient containers! And no, I am not a Beachbody coach so that played no role in my decision:)
They work good for me so I thought I would share with you all! If you try them let me know!
