Hey Scholars!

It’s Tuesday and I hope you enjoyed your long Labor Day weekend!  I DID!

Salads are such a go to staple for me.  They are quick and easy and can be so yummy and healthy.  I eat them year round but they get overtime play in the spring and summer.  Fall has not made it’s official debut so until then, here’s to The Salad:

This was a GOOOOD one!

Spinach, romaine lettuce, zucchini, yellow squash, onions, red peppers and spicy veggie sausage.  Quick, easy, nutritious and delicious! A dinner salad sure to please!

How do you feel about Salads?  I have family members who turn up a nose to this “rabbit food”- HAHA!

    1. Ellie, it’s just like the old McDonalds apple pie recipe! I loved those fried ones as a teen and then Someone had to go and mess it up! The good thing is there wasn’t anything left for me to go back to McDonalds for- HAHA! Light and Love Shona
